The pipe bending machine is specially designed for bending water pipes and
heavily galvanized pipes. With thin-walled pipes, however, kinks or folds can
occur. To avoid this, fill the pipe with sand before bending and seal both ends.
Only use the tube bending machine in an upright position. Ensure that there is
sufficient space around the machine for the length of the pipe to be bent.
Place the machine on a stable, level and stable surface. If it is used on a
workbench, it is recommended that the machine is bolted down or clamped.
Select the bending die to match the size of the pipe and place it on the holder.
Adjust the rollers so that the top of the pipe is pressed against the bottom of the
rollers. The pipe can be bent from a slight curve to a 90° angle.
Adjusting the rollers:
• Remove the pins from the roller rails, slide the rails out of the rollers and detach the
rollers from the frame.
• Place the pipe on the bending template and use the holes in the frame to determine
the correct position.
• Remove the pipe again.
• Hold the rollers over the holes and secure them with the pins.
• Repeat this process for the second roller and the roller rails.
