– Carefully plan slinging type, lifting and lowering operations for the
load before starting the actual lifting operation, taking into account
the environmental conditions (such as local conditions and external
influences), to avoid property damage and personal injury.
– Keep the entire lifting area around the load (danger zone) free of
persons. Do not allow anyone to remain under the suspended load.
– The label sewn on the PowerForce lifting strap contains information
about the permitted and safe handling of the lifting gear. If the label
is missing or illegible, the PowerForce lifting straps may no longer
be used and must be disposed of.
– Before starting the lifting procedure or placing the strap under ten-
sion, hands and other body parts must be kept away from the lifting
gear to prevent injury.
– Use PowerForce lifting straps in such a way that they can be still
be removed, after the lifting process, without causing damage or
without posing any risk to the operator.
– Wear suitable protective clothing (e.g. safety shoes, gloves) during
all work
