3. OPERATION

Warning
Use the device only on dry hair.
Fully charged: the number "60" will be shown on the display.
The device will take approximately 90 minutes to charge.
Charging: it displays the battery minutes and "Min". Battery will
be shown in 5 min intervals: 00, 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45,
50, 55, 60 MIN.
During operation: it will display the remaining battery minutes
and will count down in 5-minute intervals.
Lock operation: hold down the button for 3 seconds to lock or
unlock the device.
The device has an overload protection function.
Using the comb for the hair trimmer
- The length of the cut may vary depending on the trimming
angle.

- Start with a longer guide-comb setting and progressively
shorten the cutting length as the hair is cut.
- Assemble the 1-16 mm guide comb for the hair trimmer.
- Insert the comb attachment into the grooves on the sides
of the device according to the below image. Fig. 2
- Press the comb release button on the back to insert or
release the comb attachment. Fig. 3
Changing the trimmer attachment
Warning
- To remove the trimmer attachments, use your thumb to
push the attachment backwards and remove it from the
device.
- To assemble a new attachment, align it with the device rear
part and press downwards on the attachment top part until
it clicks into place. You will hear a click when it is properly
fixed.
Choosing the correct attachment
Choose the attachment that best suits the desired haircut or
the area where hair is going to be cut.
Hair trimming attachment
- Thoroughly comb your hair.
- Select a suitable comb attachment (1-2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16
mm) that fits the hair trimmer attachment.
- Start cutting the hair from the neck or sides using the hair
clipper attachment and work your way towards the centre
of the head. Then, cut from the forehead towards the centre.
- Hold the hair trimmer so that the guide comb is flat on the
head. Then run it evenly through your hair.
- If possible, trim the hair against the direction of growth.
- To ensure that you trim all hairs, run the hair trimmer over
the same area of hair several times.
- If the guide comb is not attached, you can use it to trim or
cut very short hair.
- Comb your hair thoroughly again and again.
Hair trimming attachment for trimming beards
- Use the 3-4-5-6 mm guide comb over the beard collector
if necessary.
- Comb your beard towards the direction of the hair growth.
- Cut your beard upside down, from ears to chin. First trim a
side and then the other.
- Use the beard trimming attachment without the comb
to trim a very short beard, moustache, or outline. The
trimmer's sharp edge must be placed in a right angle to the
beard.
- Press over the guide comb to select the desired cutting
length setting. The selected setting must be at the height
of the arrow/mark.
- Place the guide comb with the rounded side upwards
against the beard and from below, cut upwards against the
direction of hair growth.
