5 Battery replacement
ATTENTION:
Only replace the batteries in a dry environment, otherwise damage to the meter or injury to the
user may occur. Also make sure that the meter is dry.
1. Before replacing the batteries, turn off the power.
2. Loosen the screws of the battery compartment at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Remove the cover of the battery compartment and take out the flat batteries.
4. Insert the new batteries as marked and close the battery compartment.
6 On / off
To switch on the instrument, press and hold the ON/OFF
displayed. To switch off the device, press and hold the ON/OFF
The ON/OFF key can also be used to stop the countdown during the measurement (not
recommended). To do this, briefly press the ON/OFF key once during the countdown.
