distance to the surface. Avoid rocking or
circular movements. Hold the gun straight
and maintain an even distance.
Overlapping technique
When spray painting, the previous sweep
should be overlapped by about 1/3. We
recommend using a crossing pattern.
Start with horizontal sweeps and finish
with light vertical sweeps. When spray
painting larger surfaces, for example, a
fence, we recommend dividing the work
into sections of one metre. Make sure
you use the overlapping technique when
starting each new section.
Spray painting ceilings
Spray painting ceilings is difficult and
requires a lot of patience and practice.
Ensure that the feed hose of the paint
container is pointing to the rear.
CAUTION! Never more than half
fill the paint container and never
hold the gun with the nozzle in a
completely vertical upward position,
to ensure that paint is not able to
enter the pressure hose.
Spray painting downwards
When spraying downwards onto a
horizontal surface such as a bench,
ensure that the feed hose in the paint
container is pointed forwards.

such as a wall, turn the paint quantity
regulator out again to get a wider spray
pattern. If the paint splatters turn it back
in a little. When painting larger surfaces,
hold the gun further away from the
surface.
Protecting surrounding objects
Cover up all surfaces in the area that
are not to be sprayed and cover all
objects in the vicinity, such as furniture.
The paint mist can very easily spread to
the surrounding surfaces.
Spray painting rounded surfaces
To spray rounded objects, for example,
