Trouble Shooting
Please check the following issues before sending to designated repair offices.

Possible Causes
The machine is not plugged
in

The water level in the pure
water cup is below minimum

Solutions
Plug the power plug in
Replace filter
Switch to a power supply with the
same rated voltage
Contact the official after-sales
service
Use raw water that meets the water
temperature requirements
Refer to " Take hot water "
After the water level of the pure
water cup reaches higher level,
taking hot water again
Replace filter
Follow the user manual to flush the
device and clean raw water tank and
pure water cup
Replace the raw water and remake
