Gently wipe the inside of the oven with a damp cloth. When cleaning, avoid

Do not flood the inside of the oven with water.

2) Heating
After washing and drying the mentioned surfaces thoroughly, place the racks
o
or baking tray back in the oven.
Close the oven door and preheat it to the highest temperature for 5 minutes.

3) Removing smoke residues
Turn off the heating elements and open the oven door to remove any
o
remaining smoke from inside. The heating elements are well lubricated and
this initial process will help burn off excess preservative. A small amount of
smoke may appear during this process, which is normal.

NOTE : When baking, be careful not to let any metal accessories come into contact with the electric
heating elements.
NOTE : Food baked in this oven will be hot. Wear protective hand coverings when reaching into the
oven to remove food.
