14 Information on REACH and RoHS

14.1 Declaration on the REACH Regulation 1907/2006

The Mankenberg product provided may contain candidate substances (SVHC) in a concentration of less than
0.1% (w/w) in accordance with the Candidate List (REACH Regulation, Article 33); as per January 2021.

14.2 Declaration on the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU

Mankenberg products are not electrical or electronic equipment and therefore do not fall within the scope of
RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS, Article 2, paragraph 1 or Annex I).
Therefore, Delegated Directive 2015/863 amending Annex II to Directive 2011/65/EU with regard to the list of
restricted substances no longer applies to our products.
Nevertheless, Mankenberg handles this issue very responsibly and guarantees that all products, manufactured
and put on the market, meet the requirements regarding restricted substances according to Annex II and Annex
III, exception 6c. (2011/65/EU) or Annex (2015/863).
