MONTHLY CLEANING

Cleaning the bean hoppers
The cleaning should be accomplished 1x monthly. Use a degreasing
cleaner and a brush.
1. The machine must be switched-off.
2. Open the front door; with the key on the left side.
3. Close the powder injections.
4. Lift up and remove the powder hoppers.
5. Close the bean hopper lock at the foot of the bean container (see
the figure).
6. Lift up and remove the bean hoppers.
7. Empty the coffee beans temporarily in another container.
8. The interior of the bean hoppers should be cleaned thoroughly
with grease-busting detergent and a brush.
9. After drying move back the coffee beans.
10. Replace the bean hoppers and open the bean hopper lock.
11. Replace the powder hoppers, open the powder injections and
close the front door.
Cleaning the powder hoppers
1. The machine must be switched-off.
2. Open the front door; with the key on the left side.
3. Close the powder injections and clean the powder tubes (1).
4. Lift up and remove the powder hoppers from the top of
machine.
5. Empty the powder temporarily in another container.
6. Clean the powder hoppers inside and outside thoroughly.
7. After drying move back the powder.
8. Replace the powder hoppers, open the powder injections and
close the front door.
