A note for parents and guardians
As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the activities and safety of your child. The e-bike is not designed for use by children. If you
are carrying a passenger in a child safety seat, they must also be wearing a properly fitted and approved helmet.

Returns
If the JOBOBIKE bike ordered by you does not meet your needs (e.g. the size of the bike is not suitable for you), you can return it to us within 14 days
from the date of its receipt. When returning the bike, remember that it must be sent in its original box and must not show signs of use. Please be sure
that your bike is in perfect condition and all accessories are returned with your bike. After receiving the bike, we will refund you the full purchase cost.
The return policy complies with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
Technical support
In the event of any technical problems related to the use of an electric bike, please fill in the contact form on our website www.jobobike.pl and
describe your problem in detail in the space provided. We will contact you as soon as possible. If it is a minor technical problem that you can fix
yourself, we will send you spare parts and we will help you by phone or e-mail.
If the problem is more serious and your e-bike needs extra help, we will help you find a local bike repair shop (you can also choose a bike
repair shop as you wish) to avoid sending your bike back to our premises. We can refund all repair costs, but please contact us in advance so
we can identify the problem and accept the cost of the repair.
In any nations covered by EU law, JOBO Bikes accepts liability for material defects for two years after the date of sale. One prerequisite
assuming this liability is that your e-bike's use and maintenance was in line with all conditions outlined in the pages of this manual, any
model-specific tutorials available at the JOBOBIKE YouTube channel
Liability for material defects does not cover normal wear, which occurs from the manufacturers intended use of the product. Components such as the
