Operating instructions

Remote control

a = On / Off slide switch
On (green LED lights up)
 Off (green LED goes off)
b = caravan forwards
(both wheels rotate in forward
direction)
c = caravan reverse
(both wheels rotate in reverse
direction)
d = caravan right forwards
(left wheel rotates in forward
direction)
e = caravan left forwards
(right wheel rotates in forward
direction)
f = caravan right reverse
(left wheel rotates in reverse
direction)
g = caravan left reverse
(right wheel rotates in reverse
direction)
Only Mover® SE R
The caravan can be rotated on the spot without being moved
forwards.
d + g = turn caravan to the right (left wheel rotates in forward
direction + right wheel rotates in reverse direction)
e + f = turn caravan to the left (left wheel rotates in reverse
direction + right wheel rotates in forward direction)
Only Mover® TE R
It is not possible to rotate on the spot without forward mo-
tion because there are two axles. Pressing the buttons d, g,
e or f causes the Mover® to move in a circle, with the outside
motor in continuous operation and the inside motor in pulsed
operation.
Mover® SE R / TE R
h = Two-handed operation, engage the drive rollers
i = Two-handed operation, disengage the drive rollers
In order to engage and disengage the drive rollers, both
buttons must always be pressed simultaneously – for
approx. 3 seconds (safety delay) – until the engaging or disen-
gaging of the drive rollers commences.
The buttons can be released when the drive rollers are moving
in the direction of the respective end position.
The drive rollers automatically reach their end position.
If the two buttons for disengaging are pressed whilst the
rollers are engaging, engaging is interrupted, the drive
rollers are disengaged and automatically move to their end
position.
The remote control switches itself off:
– after approx. 2 minutes if none of the buttons are pressed
– after approx. 7 minutes if one of the movement buttons is
permanently held down. The green LED goes off.
To reactivate the remote control, move the slide switch
to "Off"  and then back to "On"
1 second.
There is no "On / Off" switch on the caravan itself.

Remote control LED blink code and audio signal

LED "On" and no audio signal
System is ready for operation
LED "Off" and no audio signal
System off
(check batteries in remote control if necessary)
LED "flashing" in combination with audio signal
– for approx. 5 seconds after switching the remote control on,
until the system is ready for operation.
– for approx. 10 seconds after switching the remote control
on, then it is switched off again – 13-pin safety plug not
connected to safety socket or unable to establish radio link
to control unit.
– every 3 seconds if the caravan battery charge is weak (finish
manoeuvring as quickly as possible and charge battery).
– 5 times a second (5 Hz) if the caravan battery voltage is low.
The movement function is locked until battery voltage returns
to more than about 11 V (e.g. as a result of recovery / charg-
ing of the battery). The drive rollers can also be disengaged
with less than 11 V.
– approx 2 times a second (2 Hz) in the event of overvoltage /
overtemperature. Switch remote control off and on again
(in the case of overtemperature, wait for end of cooling-off
phase if necessary).

Remote control battery change

Only use micro-batteries that will not
leak, type LR 03, AAA, AM 4, MN 2400
(1.5 V).
When inserting new batteries,
make sure the positive / negative
terminals are connected correctly.
Empty, used batteries can
leak and damage the remote
control!
Remove the batteries if the remote
control is not being used for a long
period of time.
No warranty is given for damage caused by leaking
batteries.
Before scrapping a defective remote control, always remove
the batteries and dispose of them properly.

Manoeuvring the caravan

Follow the "Safety instructions" before using the
Mover®.
Apply parking brake if caravan is uncoupled.
Disconnect 13-pin plug from vehicle and plug into safety
socket of caravan.
For safety reasons, the Mover® can only be operated if
the 13-pin plug of the caravan is plugged into the safety
socket.
In the event of a malfunction, the 13-pin plug must not
be removed from the safety socket, otherwise the elec-
tronic safety functions will be disabled.
If there is a fault in both caravan brake lights, the power
circuit of the safety socket is not closed. In this case, it is
not possible to operate the Mover®.
