Malfunction

Block wedge blocks

Electrical connections to
the axial piston pump are the wiring diagram or
loose, disconnected or
oxydized
High pressure valves
are soiled
Parking brake does not
hold the loader
Remedy
Remove block wedge
and place it in its holder
Completely dismantle
and clean the pressure
relief valve; readjust *
Bring the bucket arm in the
direction of travel;
make leverage moveable
Bring the bucket arm in
the direction of travel;
remove and clean the
non-return valve; if
necessary, replace *
Replace filter insert
Refill oil
Connect according to
clean
Clean
Check settings; if
necessary, adjust*
Check whether the
electric traction drive
interlock is connected
to the brake lever
