The 7-stage program charger is designed for charging open
and sealed batteries such as:
•
Wet (WET) lead-acid batteries, liquid electrolyte
•
(STD) lead-acid batteries
•
(GEL) batteries with gel electrolyte
•
(LFP) lithium iron phosphate batteries
•
(AGM) batteries with fiberglass mat electrolyte
The charger is not intended for other types of batteries than
those listed above.
The charger can be connected directly to the battery terminals.
This device is not intended for use by children or persons with
reduced physical or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and/or knowledge. Children should be supervised to prevent
them from playing with the device.
The charger is not intended for commercial use.
Intended use also includes adherence to all information in this
user manual, especially safety instructions. Any other use or
tampering with the device structure is not compliant with its
purpose and may lead to material damage or personal injury.
SAFETY RULES:
• Children must not play with the device.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
children without supervision.
• Use the product only as intended!
• Do not tamper with or disassemble the device!
• For your own safety, use only accessories and spare parts
listed in this manual or recommended by the manufacturer!
• The device should only be connected to a power socket
installed according to regulations. The voltage must match
the specifications on the device's nameplate.
• Do not crush the power cord and protect it from sharp
edges, moisture, heat, or oil. The power cord cannot be
replaced. If damaged, dispose of the device.
• Do not use the device or unplug it immediately if it is
damaged or suspected to be faulty. Contact our technicians
in such cases. Unplug the device when not in use.
• Packaging materials, especially plastic and plastic bags,
must be kept away from children. Risk of suffocation.
• Remove all plastic elements from the device before use.
• Lay the power cord in a way that it does not obstruct the
user and cannot be accidentally pulled.
• After charging, unplug the charger from the power source.
• Store the charger in a place inaccessible to children and
unauthorized persons.
• Do not use the device near flammable materials or in
explosive environments.
• Always wear proper work clothing, protective gloves,
and goggles. Battery acid is corrosive! Immediately and
thoroughly wash off any acid splashes and consult a doctor
if necessary.
• If battery acid gets into the eyes, rinse them with running
water for at least 10 minutes and consult a doctor.
• Do not cover the charger and keep ventilation openings
clear to avoid overheating and damage.
• Never place the charger on insulating surfaces (e.g.
styrofoam). Risk of heat accumulation!
• To charge a battery installed in a vehicle, first park the
vehicle safely, apply the parking brake, and turn off the
ignition. Disconnect the battery from the vehicle's system.
Refer to the vehicle manual or a specialized workshop.
• Always unplug by holding the plug, not the cable.
• Never expose the charger to fire, heat, or high temperatures
above +40°C.
• Store this manual carefully and provide it to other users if
needed.
FEATURES:
Automatic microprocessor control
The charger can remain connected to the battery without risk
of overcharging. Once fully charged, it automatically monitors
the battery and recharges it as needed to keep it ready for use.
Display / Backlight
The display offers a clear, easy-to-read screen and backlight for
use in low lighting.
Voltage indicator
The display shows the actual battery voltage before selecting
the charge option and displays the voltage and current during
charging. After a full charge, "FUL" appears on the display. If
wires are connected incorrectly or the battery is damaged or
unchargeable, a warning icon appears.
NOTE: Batteries below 10.5V may be permanently damaged –
do not discharge them below this level.
OPERATION:
Step 1 – Preparation
• Clean battery terminals of dust and corrosion.
• For open batteries: Remove cell caps, top up with distilled
water, and leave open during charging. For maintenance-
free batteries, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
• If battery must be removed, always disconnect the grounded
terminal first.
Step 2 – Connecting the charger
• Ensure the charger is not connected to the power. Connect
the red (+) wire to the positive battery terminal.
• Then connect the black (–) wire to the negative terminal. If
charging in place, connect the black wire to the car chassis,
away from the battery, carburetor, and fuel lines. Maintain
this order.
Step 3 – Connect to mains power
Connect the charger to a 230V socket and switch it on. Backlight
confirms power, and battery voltage is shown.
Step 4 – Select charge option
Know your battery type.
Press the
button to select the appropriate type of battery
to be charged.
