1.1 SYMBOL USAGE:
It means Warning! There are possible hazards! Possible hazards are
described in the corresponding instructions.

ELECTRIC SHOCK and HOT PARTS hazards. Consult
symbols and related instructions below for necessary actions to avoid the
hazards.
1.2 SYMBOL USAGE:
• The symbols shown below are used throughout this manual to call
attention to and identify possible hazards. When you see the symbol,
watch out, and follow the related instructions to avoid the hazard. The
safety information given below is only a summary of the more complete
safety information found in the Safety Standards. Read and follow all
Safety Standards.
• Only qualified persons should repair this unit.
• During operation, keep everybody, especially children, away.The charger
is not suitable for children or people who can't read and understand the
safety instructions. Store it out of the range of those people or children.

Touching live electrical parts can cause fatal shocks.The input
power circuit and charger internal circuits are live when power
is on.
• Do not touch live electrical parts.
• Wear dry, hole-free insulating gloves and body protection.
• Disconnect input power before servicing this charger.
• Turn off power supply when not in use.
• Do not use worn, damaged, or poorly spliced cables.
• Do not drape cables over your body.
• Check the cables for damage before you use it.
• Warning: Under Function maintenance mode, it is strictly prohibited
to reversed polarity or wrong connection of the positive and negative
electrodes of the charging clip and the short circuit phenomenon, to
prevent damage to the battery and this equipment, to avoid causing
personal injury and other events.
• This appliance can't be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• Remove all flammables within 5m of the charging.
• Watch for fire, and keep a fire extinguisher nearby.
• Connect work cable to the battery as close to the charging area as
practical to prevent charging current from traveling long, possibly
unknown paths and causing electric shock and fire hazards.
• Never charge a damaged battery.
• Don't put the charger on the battery during charging.
• Don't cover the battery charger.
• Only charge in well vented areas.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or qualified persons in order to avoid

• P/N:04500 is a charger with control software. It is suitable for charging
and trickle charging the following 12V or 24V rechargeable lead batteries
with electrolyte solution, AGM batteries, lead-acid batteries, or GEL
batteries. For example, 12V STD or 12V WET/MF/GEL batteries, 12V AGM
batteries, 24V AGM batterie, 24V STD or 24V WET/MF/GEL batteries.For
automotive batteries with 24V and different capacity and motorcycle
batteries with 12V and different capacity, you can also regenerate drained
batteries (depending on battery type).
• The charger features a protective circuit against overheating. Any
improper or incorrect use will void the warranty. The manufacturer is not
liable for damage caused by improperuse.
Note: The charger is not suitable for charging electric vehicles with
built-in rechargeable battery. Do not try to charge non-rechargeable
batteries with this charger.
• With engine start function. Under 12V or 24V, Max. 300A charging
current, 3s ON, 180s OFF, Max. 5 cycles.
• Don't use it for anything else.
• P/N:04500 charger is single phase, 230V~, 50Hz, battery charging power
source especially designed for 12V and 24V batteries charging.For 12V
batteries, 5A, 10A, 20A or 40A charging current can be selected. For 24V
batteries, 5A,10A or 20A charging current can be selected.
• The control of the charger is placed on to the panel for easy operation.
