3.3. Türflügel in Türrahmen
einhängen; Schlossseite ausrichten.
Rahmen und Türflügel lotrecht auf
gleichmäßigen Luftspalt ausrichten.
3.4 Bohren Sie die Dübellöcher auf
der Schlossseite (1-flügelig) oder auf
der anderen Seite (2-flügelig) und
oben, und befestigen Sie den
Rahmen. (bzw. schrauben Sie den
Rahmen mit Schrauben fest).
4. Prüfen und gegebenenfalls
ausrichten des Rahmens mit dem
Türblatt für einen gleichmäßigen
Schattenspalt ausrichten (oben und
seitlich 5±1 mm, unten bei
Absenkdichtung 10±4mm.
5. Die Bodendichtung ist so
einzustellen, dass im geschlossenen
Zustand der Tür die Dichtung auf der
ganze Länge aufliegt (Wenn sich das
Gebäude noch im Bau befindet,
blockieren Sie den Mechanismus
zum Absenken die Bodendichtung).
6. Funktionsprüfung: selbstständiges
Schließen der Tür aus beliebiger
Lage, Schließkraft, Panikbetätigung
Zwängungsfrei (falls so eingerichtet),
richtiger Sitz der Anschlagdichtung
3-seitig im Rahmen und Türflügel,
Bodendichtung, Fetten der
Schlossfalle.
7. Bei Türen mit E-Beschlägen (z.B.
E-Öffner, Riegelschaltkontakt) ist
darauf zu achten, dass vor der
Hinterfüllung die Kabelverlegung
erfolgen muss.
8. Füllen Sie den Raum zwischen
Gebäude und Rahmen mit einer
temperaturbeständigen Grundierung
≥ 200°C (z.B. Mineralwolle) nach
DIN 4102-A und Fügen beidseitig
mit Silikon bzw. Acryl verschließen
9. Bei unverglastem Türflügel
Scheiben oder Paneel einsetzen und
verklotzen. Glasleisten und Dichtung
montieren.(Befolgen Sie bei
Verglasungsarbeiten und
Platteneinbettungen die Richtlinien
des Herstellers).

3.3. Mount the door leaf in door
frame; align lock side. Align frame
and door leaf perpendicular to even
air gap.
3.4 Drill the dowel holes on the lock
side (1-leaf) or on the other side
(2-leaf) and on top, and fix the
frame. (or screw the frame in place
with screws).
4. Inspect and, if necessary, align the
door frame with the door leaf to
obtain a uniform air gap (5±1 mm at
the top and side, 10±4 mm at the
bottom to lower the gasket.
5.The floor gasket should be
adjusted in such a way that with the
door closed, the gasket lies along the
entire length (If the building is still
under construction, block the
mechanism of lowering the floor
gasket).
6. Functionality test: self-closing the
door from any position, closing
force, panic start without starting (if
it is set up so), correct embedding of
the cavity gasket from 3 sides in the
door frame and sash, floor gasket,
lubricate the lock latch.
7. In the case of doors with E fittings
(e.g. electric hitch, switching
contact), it is necessary to lay the
wires between the frame and the
wall before filling.
8. Fill the space between the
building and the frame with a
temperature-resistant primer ≥
200°C (e.g. mineral wool) according
to DIN 4102-A and seal the joints on
both sides with silicone or acrylic.
9. If the door leaf is not glazed,
insert the glass or panels and align
them with spacer blocks. Install
glazing beads and gaskets. (Follow
the manufacturer's guidelines for
glazing work and panel alignment).
