Dichtungsandruck verstellen/ Adjusting the sealing pressure
1) Kappen entfernen.
2) Hebespindel herausschrauben.
3) Drehen Sie die Hebespindel
4) Unteres Bandteil einsetzen
5) Lagerbuche um ±90° drehen bis
sie spürbar einrastet
6) Hebespindel entnehmen und
in oberen Bandteil einsetzen.
Lagerbuche um ±90° drehen bis sie
spürbar einrastet
7) Hebespindel entnehmen, Drehen
Sie und in unteres Bandteil einsetzen.
Beide Kappen aufsetzen
WICHTIG! Alle Markierungen an
den Buchsenkragen müssen immer
in die gleiche Richtung zeigen.
Lagerbuchse aus absolut
wartungsfreiem
teflonhaltigen
Kunststoff.
Keinesfalls
schmieren!

1) Remove the caps.
2) Unscrew the lifting spindle.
3) Turn the lifting spindle
4) Insert the bottom of the hinge
5) Rotate the bearing bushing ±90°
until it clearly snaps into place
6) Remove the lifting spindle and
insert into the upper part of the
hinge. Rotate the bearing bushing
±90° until it snaps noticeably into
place
7) Remove the lifting spindle, turn it
around and insert it into the bottom
of the belt. Attach both caps
IMPORTANT! All markings on
the socket collar must always be in
the same direction show.
Bearing bush out of
maintenance-free
plastic containg
teflon.
Do not lubricate!
