RS-2-Tür "System NovoFire Steel"
Montagefolge:
1. Türrahmen- und Öffnungsmaße
überprüfen, Fertigfußboden auf
Ebenheit überprüfen.
2. Lösen Sie das Türblatt vom
Rahmen. (Schrauben Sie den
Kabeldurchgang vorsichtig ab und
stellen Sie sicher, dass die
elektrischen Drähte nicht gebrochen
sind).
Anschweißmontage
3. Dreiseitige Löcher für Dübel
bohren, Position gemäß Seite 10
3.1. Befestigen Sie die U-Ankerplatte
mit einem Dübel.
3.2. Türrahmen in Maueröffnung
stellen, lotrecht und waagerecht nach
Meterriß ausrichten und festkeilen.
3.3. Zwischenraum auf Bandseite
(1-flgl.) bzw. beliebiger Seite (2-flgl.)
zwischen Baukörper und
Zargenrahmen mit passenden
Zwischenlagen ausfüllen und diese
miteinander und der Ankerplatte im
Rahmen verschweißen.
3.4. Türflügel in Türrahmen
einhängen; Schlossseite ausrichten.
Rahmen und Türflügel lotrecht auf
gleichmäßigen Luftspalt ausrichten.
3.5. Zwischenraum auf Schloßseite
(1-flgl.) bzw. anderer Seite (2-flgl.)
zwischen Ankerplatten mit
Zwischenlagen ausfüllen und
verschweißen.
Wenn Sie Punkt 3 ausgefüllt haben,
fahren Sie mit Punkt 4 (nächste Seite)
fort.
Dübeldurchsteckmontage
bzw. Schrauben
3. Türrahmen in Maueröffnung
stellen, lotrecht und waagerecht nach
Meterriß ausrichten und festkeilen.
3.1. Löcher auf Bandseite (1-flgl.)
bzw. beliebiger Seite (2-flgl.) für
Dübel bohren bzw. Schrauben,
Position gemäß Seite 10.
3.2. Dübel bzw. Schrauben
einstecken, passende Zwischenlagen
einlegen und vollständig
verschrauben (siehe Seite 11-18).

Assembly order:
1. Check door frame and opening
dimensions, check prefabricated
floor for flatness.
2. Detach the door leaf from the
frame. (Carefully unscrew the cable
passage and make sure the electrical
wires are not broken).
Welding assembly
3. Drill holes on three sides for the
dowels. Position according to page
10
3.1. Mount the U-type anchor plate
with dowel.
3.2. Put the door frame in the wall
opening, align it vertically and
horizontally and wedge it.
3.3. Fill out the space on hinge side
(single-leaf door) or any side
(double-leaf door) between the
structural shell and the frame with
fitting intermediate layers, weld
them together and then weld them to
the anchor plate in the frame.
3.4. Mount the door leaf in door
frame; align lock side. Align frame
and door leaf perpendicular to even
air gap.
3.5. Fill out the space on lock side
(single-leaf door) or different side
(double-leaf door) between the
anchor plates with intermediate
layers and weld it shut.

Dowel-through installation
or screws
3. Put the door frame in the wall
opening, align it vertically and
horizontally and wedge it.
3.1 Drill holes on hinge
side(single-leaf door) or on any
side(double-leaf door) for dowels or
screw. Position according to page 10.
3.2. Insert dowels or screw, insert
fitting intermediate layers and screw
together (see page 11-18).
