Werksbescheinigung
An jeder Rauchschutztür ist ein
Kennzeichnungsschild anzubringen,
(am Flügel bzw. Gangflügel, auf der
Bandseite im Falz des Türflügels) das
Angaben über Hersteller, Typ,
Baujahr u.ä. enthält.
Werkseigene
Produktionskontrolle
In jedem Herstellerwerk ist eine
werkseigene Produktionskontrolle
einzurichten und durchzuführen.
Hierbei sind die Bestimmungen des
Deutschen Institutes für Bautechnik
zur werkseigenen
Produktionskontrolle für
Bauprodukte zu beachten. Diese
Ergebnisse sind mindestens 5 Jahre
aufzubewahren.
Einbau und Wartung
Jede Rauchschutztür muß mit einer
Einbau- und Wartungsanleitung
ausgeliefert werden.
Nicht tragende Trennwände
Die Dimensionierung der senkrechten
Sprossen- bzw. Pfostenprofile ist
entsprechend den Anforderungen der
Norm DIN 4102-4, Tabele 10.2.
Befestigung
Die Befestigung darf mit:
-Rahmendübel oder
-Anschweißmontage
-Anschraubmontage (siehe
Einbauanleitung) erfolgen.
Dübel nach Allgemeiner
bauaufsichtlicher Zulassung:
- Kunststoff ≥ Ø10.
Wandbauarten und
Dübelrandabstände beachten.

Bauteilabdichtung

Die Abdichtung zu angrenzenden
Bauteilen muß lückenlos mit
beidseitiger dauerelastischer
Versiegelung erfolgen. Sinngemäß ist
die DIN 18540 anzuwenden.

Factory certificate
Each smoke protection door (active
sash, hinge side in the fold of the
door leaf) must have a label
containing information about the
manufacturer, type, year of
manufacture, etc.
Factory production control
system
A factory production control must be
set up and carried out in each
manufacturer's plant. In doing so, the
regulations of the German Institute
of Construction Technology for
factory production control for
construction products must be
observed. These results shall be kept
for at least 5 years.
Installation and maintenance
Every smoke protection door must
be supplied with installation and
maintenance instructions.
Non load-bearing partition
walls
The dimensioning of the vertical rung
or post profiles must be carried out in
accordance with the requirements of
standard DIN 4102-4, Tabele 10.2.
Fastening
The fastening may be carried out
with:
-Plastic anchors
-Welding assembly
-Screw-on mounting (see installation
instructions).
Dowels according to general
technical approval:
- Plastics ≥ Ø10.
Pay attention to wall types and edge
distances of dowels.
Component sealing
The sealing to adjacent components
must be carried out completely with
permanently elastic sealing on both
sides. Accordingly, DIN 18540 must
be applied.
