Solutions
Clean the suction head, clean the air
channel, clean the filter and foam (see
user manual).

Launch Self-cleaning cycle, then clean
the roller by hand.
Use MAX mode to optimize cleaning.
Always use the appliance with well fixed
roller and a full clean water tank.
Clean the cleaning head.
Empty the dirty water tank.
Charge the appliance on its base.
Disassemble the roller and remove any
items that are blocking the rotation.
Detach the roller and replace it
correctly.
Launch a self-cleaning cycle.
Hand-clean the roller afterwards if
necessary.
Change the roller if previous steps are
not sufficient.
Use a flat tool. Insert the tool into the
hole in the side of the handle and pull
the handle out of the product.
