Dealing the metallic lid

Danger from ingressing water!
If the lid is improperly selected or handled, water can ingress into the
CAUTION
installation socket.
Contact injuries and damage to property are possible due to short cir-
cuits.
Only install those lids in wet-care floors which are approved for wet care
(tube body lid, metallic hinged lids and blanking lids).
All metallic lids must also be stuck to the base using a suitable sealing
agent (see Fig. ).
Note! Carefully check the correct mounting position. Once locked, the lid
can only be dismantled with great difficulty.
