Batteries shall be charged at 10℃~40℃ environment temperature

specified. If the environment temperature is lower than 0℃, the charge
shall be prohibited.
Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged by adults or by

children at least 8 years old under adult supervision.
Do not use the charger outdoors or in moist environments, use only

in dry locations/conditions.
Do not disassemble the charger, which may result in a risk of

electrical shock or fire. A charger should be dismantled only by trained
people.
