Re-fill and re-pressurise system only

heating (approx. 60˚C) to allow chemical
to circulate.
Vibraclean process

Using an SDS drill on chisel action,
use the Vibraclean to loosen stubborn
debris. Continue this process until the
return hose on the MagnaCleanse runs
clear.
Isolate all radiators and starting with

one furthest away from the boiler, open
each radiator in turn to undertake the
Vibraclean process
®
Repeat steps 6-7 on all radiators,

moving from the furthest away, to the
nearest to the boiler
Once Vibraclean process is complete

across all radiators. Turn radiators fully
on
60˚/ 1 Bar

Measures must be taken to prevent

by-pass occurring between the flow
and return. This could be internal to the
boiler or externally installed by-pass
