Preparing for use on a vehicle
Procedure:
1. Position the marten repellent on the vehicle to allow the ultrasonic
waves to spread in every direction as effectively as possible.
2. Optional: Pull out the wire rope to lock the metal tag inside the
vehicle.
3. Switch on the marten repellent.
» The marten repellent is in Standby operating mode.
4. Press the button on the remote control once to activate Vehicle
operating mode.
» The status LED lights up once and a short beep sounds.
» Ultrasonic waves are emitted and the alarm function is active.
Before setting off in the vehicle
Procedure:
1. Switch off the marten repellent.
2. Remove the wire rope if it is being used.
Pulling on the wire rope automatically retracts it.
3. Remove the marten repellent from the vehicle.
4. The marten repellent can be stowed in the glove compartment.
