BREAKDOWNS AND SOLUTIONS

Some malfunctions can be easily resolved. Before calling customer service or a
repairer, please consult the following table:
PROBLEM
The wine cellar does not
work.
The wine cellar is not cold
enough
The device operates
continuously.
The light doesn't work.
Vibrations.
The wine cellar seems to be
making too much noise.
The door does not close
properly.
Water under the device.
POSSIBLE CAUSES & SOLUTIONS
Ÿ Not connected.
Ÿ The circuit-breaker is tripped or the fuse is damaged.
Ÿ Check if the outlet is powered by connecting another
electrical device.
Ÿ Check the temperature setting.
Ÿ High ambient temperature may require setting the
wine cellar to a colder temperature.
Ÿ The door is being opened too often.
Ÿ The door is not completely closed.
Ÿ The door seal is not properly positioned.
Ÿ Not enough space around the wine cellar to allow
ventilation.
Ÿ The room temperature is higher than the maximum
supported.
Ÿ A large number of bottles inside the wine cellar.
Ÿ The door is being opened too often.
Ÿ The door is not completely closed.
Ÿ Temperature control is not calibrated correctly.
Ÿ The door seal is not properly positioned.
Ÿ The wine cellar is not plugged in.
Ÿ The circuit-breaker has been tripped or a fuse is
damaged.
Ÿ The LED lighting is out of order.
Ÿ The light button is set to «OFF».
Check to make sure the wine cellar is level.
The wine cellar is not level, or a foot is incorrectly
adjusted.
Ÿ The wine cellar is not level.
Ÿ The shelves are out of position and blocking the door
closure.
Ÿ Water is being collected incorrectly in the water tank
on the back of the unit.
Ÿ Check that the water tank is in place.
Ÿ Empty the water tank.
