Pay attention to the warning symbol displayed on the rear of the
appliance (rear panel or compressor), which is like the symbol on
the left side and marked with yellow or orange colours. This
symbol signifies a risk of fire, due to the presence of flammable
materials in the refrigerant pipes and compressor. Therefore, it is
crucial to keep a safe distance from any fire sources during the
use, service and disposal of the appliance.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
-This appliance is designed to be freestanding and should not be recessed or built-
in.
-Ensure the floor where you place the appliance is strong enough to support its
weight when fully loaded. To ensure it is level, you can adjust the levelling legs at
the bottom of the appliance.
-Maintain at least 10cm of space between the top, back and sides of the appliance
to allow proper air circulation for cooling the compressor and condenser.
-Keep this appliance away from direct sunlight, stoves, heaters, radiators and other
heat sources. Direct sunlight can affect the acrylic coating, whilst heat sources may
increase electrical consumption. Extremely cold ambient temperatures can also
impact proper performance.
-Keep the appliance away from moist areas.
-Plug the appliance into an exclusive, properly installed and grounded wall outlet.
Do not remove or cut the third (ground) prong from the power cord. If you have any
questions regarding power and grounding, consult a certified electrician or an
authorised service centre.
-Once you have plugged the appliance into a wall outlet, allow it to cool down for 2-
3 hours before placing any items in the compartments.
