Maintenance and change of spare parts
Danger! Before any maintenance and repair, bring the sprayer into a
depressurised condition.
Unscrew the pump cap (Fig.19). Pull out pump rod from the cylinder. Now
grease or replace the piston o-ring (Fig.20).

Open the tank (fig. 4-5) and unscrew the marked nut from the cylinder (fig. 21).
Then pull the cylinder out of the tank (fig. 22). Non return valve in the bottom of
the cylinder (Fig. 23) can be reached after unscrewing the screw from the
cylinder. Now replace damaged parts.

Before reassembling, grease all threaded parts as well as pump o-ring and rod.
After loosening the screw plug and valve stem assembly can be pulled out (Fig.
24). Replace the O-rings on the bolt. The seal in the valve disc can be removed
after screwing out the valve stem. If worn out turn or replace seal. Grease valve
bolt, seals and screwed connections.
