WARNING!
Disconnect the product from the mains
before making any adjustments,
maintenance or repair.

Maintenance

The product requires very little maintenance.
Only use spare parts / accessories from the
manufacturer or authorised and qualified
workshops.
Repairs should only be carried out by qualified
technicians or by an authorised service centre.
Qualified technicians must have relevant training
and experience, be familiar with the design and
construction requirements of the product and
understand and follow the safety regulations.
Replacing the carbon brushes
To change the carbon brushes D please contact
a qualified workshop or the dealer.
Replacing the sanding plate (Fig. H)
After heavy wear or contamination, the sanding
plate can be removed for cleaning and replaced.
• Remove the sanding paper F .
• Loosen the screws using the spanner (size 5)
E .
• Remove the sanding plate 10 from the
sander and clean the dirt.
• Insert a new sanding plate into the sander and
tighten all the screws properly after cleaning.

Cleaning

CAUTION!
Make sure that liquids do not get inside
the product.
• Clean the product with a moist cloth. Never
use strong and / or abrasive cleaning
agents or solvents. Allow all the parts to dry
completely.
• Ensure that the ventilation slots 9 remain
open.
• Clean the body regularly with a soft cloth.

Storage

• Remove the attachment before each storage
(see "Inserting/removing the sanding paper"
chapter)
• Clean the product before storage (see chapter
"Cleaning").
• Keep the product in a safe, cool, dry and well-
ventilated place in its original packaging, out
of the reach of children when it is not being
used.
• Store the product at an ambient temperature
of 0 - 40° C.

Transport

• Remove the attachment before transport (see
"Inserting/removing the sanding paper"
chapter)
• Always carry the product using the handle
provided for this purpose.
• Use the original packaging and secure the
product against shock and vibrations during
transport.
