Use
Connecting the power
• Connect the sander only to a socket that is
properly earthed.
• The sander is designed for operation with
single-phase alternating current 230-240 V~ /
50 Hz and is insulated for protection.
• Check if the existing mains voltage matches
with the specification on the rating plate of the
sander.
• To avoid safety risks, the mains cable or plug
should only be replaced by the manufacturer
or an authorised service centre or a qualified
person.
• Ensure that water does not come in contact
with the electrical parts of the sander, as well
as with anyone who is in the work area.
• Check whether the mains voltage of the socket
corresponds with the mains voltage indicated
on the drill's rating label.
Please note:
- Use an extension cable if the work area is
not close to the mains outlet. Ensure an
extension cable with sufficient conductor
diameter (min. 1.5 mm²) is used. xxxxx
- The extension cable used should be as short
as possible.
- Ensure the mains cable does not pose a tripping
hazard.
