Setting the teach-in function:
The teach-in function can be set ON / OFF and can only be used in MANUAL opera-
ting mode When the function is activated, the current dispensing time is added up
with each dispensing signal and not reset to 0 00 sec This allows you to approach

an unknown dosing quantity for a specific application and then save and store it in
a program The current dispensing time can be reset to 0 00 sec using the SAVE +
DOWN key combination When using the teach-in function, it is recommended to
set the pre- and post-spray time to a minimum value < 0 05 sec

Cycle counter:
The cycle counter counts the number of doses carried out after switching on This is
a volatile counter that is reset to 000000 after switching off

Key lock:
By pressing the key combination SAVE + PRG, a key lock can be activated for the
VC1200 to prevent inadvertent adjustment of the dispensing parameters by unau-
thorized personnel The key lock is indicated by a small lock symbol in the bottom
right-hand corner of the display
The key lock can be canceled again using the same key combination SAVE + PRG
