Selecting the operating mode
Press the PROG button to switch to the next program or operating mode
Manual: In this operating mode, the dispensing time is not saved Each new
dispensing runs as long as the dosing signal (foot switch / rinse /
I/O start) is present and then starts again at 0 00 sec
This operating mode is selected if the VC1200 is to be controlled by an
external device or foot switch
PROG 1-7: If one of the internal programs 1 - 7 is selected, each dispensing process
runs with the dispensing time stored in the respective program,
regardless of how long the dispensing signal (foot switch / rinse / I/O
start) is present
This operating mode is selected if the dispensing valve should always
dispense the same quantity

Set the dispense time:
The dispensing time can be set using the UP/DOWN buttons The DISPENSE ope-
rating LED lights up for the duration of this dosing time This value can be set from
0 01 to 999 99 seconds

Setting the pre-spray time: (pre-spraying)
The pre-spray time can be set using the UP/DOWN buttons This value can be set
from 0 01 to 005 00 sec The pre-spray time is used to pre-clean the spray nozzle
before the valve actually dispenses material

Setting the post-spray time: (post-spraying)
The post-spray time can be set using the UP/DOWN buttons
This value can be set from 0 01 to 005 00 sec The post-spray time is used to clean
the spray nozzle after the valve has dispensed material
