1.1 The VC 1200
The VC1200 valve controller series can be delivered with different options, which can
have a little technical difference Because of this, in the following user manual is only
spoken about the VC1200 controller
The digital valve controller VC1200 is used for precise controlling of pneumatic control-
led spray valves, like for example the dispensing valve SV-1000SS, which are used with
controlled spray air The VC1200 controls, depending on the options the spray air, and
also the control air for the used dispensing valve
With the integrated precision air pressure regulator, the pressure for the spray air can be
set very exactly An integrated digital pressure sensor at the inlet air gives an additional
point for the process safety
1.2 Intended Use
The device is designed and constructed for commercial use It is only to be used for
dispensing liquid and paste materials such as adhesives, lubricants, various pastes, grease,
oil, silicone and other similar materials Any other use is considered improper If this device
is used for other purposes, personal injury or damage to property may result
