For cleaning or replacing, filter elements on the KG-Kompakt are pulled out
sideways from the equipment enclosure after opening the inspection door.
The pocket filters cannot be regenerated. Once the permissible pressure loss drop
due to contamination has been exceeded, replace the pocket filters.
The pocket filter elements are replaced by pulling them out sideways from the
equipment enclosure after opening the inspection door and releasing the quick-
release fixture.
Heat exchanger (accessory)
Warm/hot water heater, cold water cooler:
- Only install KG air handling units in a frost-proof room.
- Operation with commercially available anti-freeze and frost stats
- With the heating system switched off, drain all parts filled with water and blast
out any remaining water with compressed air.
Vapour bank:
- With the heating system switched off, drain all parts filled with water and blast
out any remaining water with compressed air.
Electric heater:
- No frost protection required.
Syphon
The customer must protect the syphon against freezing.
