The ground on which the equipment and equipment parts are set up and

assembled must be level, horizontal and firm enough to support the load.
The base frames (accessories) must be aligned horizontally, and the base plinth
(to be provided on site) must be level and horizontal.
The lower frame of the unit must make full contact - it is not sufficient to rest it on
individual points.
In order to prevent the transmission of structure-borne noise from the air handling
unit to the building, a permanently elastic intermediate layer should be provided
between the surface on which the unit is installed or the foundation and the air
handling unit. Ideally, this layer should take the form of longitudinal insulating
strips underneath the frame profiles of the equipment or underneath the base
frame.
WOLF base frames are initially supplied loose.
Base frames delivered loose come as individual parts which need to be assembled,
aligned and secured on site according to the instructions supplied.
All of the hardware required for assembly and any accessories supplied loose are
enclosed inside a component with an inspection door (preferably a fan part). This
component is marked with a label "Accessories inside" .
Before securing the cubes together, apply the self-adhesive sealing tape supplied
with the equipment to one side.
Screws are used to connect the cubes of the unit to each other. For this purpose,
machine holes are provided at the corresponding points in each cube. Before
installing the machine screws, ensure that the individual parts of the equipment
are fitted correctly.
To provide the best possible seal, ensure that the dimensions in the diagram below
are adhered to.
