The instructions of remote control
Automatic mode:
The default mode is manual mode, press the key to enter the automatic mode, repeat
press keys can choose "P1", "P2", "P3" and "HP".
Manual mode, automatic mode, humanized programming, automatically adjust the
vibration frequency. In automatic mode, speed and time can not be adjusted, in
manual mode, standby time can adjust the time, speed can not be adjusted; start
work, speed can be adjusted, time can not be adjusted.
Time+:
The default working time is 10-15 minutes, and is divided into different stalls, press
the key increase the regulation of different stalls.
Time-:

Power switch:
Plug in power supply, open the power switch.
Start / End:
Open the power switch, press the key to start the product and press again the key to
stop working.
Speed +:
Manual mode, when machine in working, we can press the key to increase the speed,
adjust the position of the different grades, the general choice of middle gear position
is more appropriate.
Speed -:
Manual mode, when machine in working, we can press the key to reduce the speed,
adjust the position of the different grades, the general choice of middle gear position
is more appropriate.
Operation Steps
1. Plug the power plug into the power supply and turn on the power switch.
2. Press the "Start / Stop" button, the machine starts, when in the working state, press
"Start / Stop" button and the machine stops working.
3. In the stop situation, press "Time+" and "Time-" to adjust the exercise time.
4. In the non-automatic mode, press "Speed+" and "Speed-" to adjust the speed of the
movement.
5. Press the "Program" button to cycle through them.
6. After using, press the machine switch, turn off the power switch, unplug the power.
Remark: In the state of power-on stop, no operation for 3 minutes, the machine will
automatically shut down, press the machine switch.
