PROBLEM
The washing pressure is low or little
water comes out
The lights blink once every 5
seconds. Error (E1) on APP.
No water incoming.
The lights blink twice every 5
seconds. Error (E2) on APP.
Water pump issue or calcified nozzle
tip.
The lights blink 3 times every 5
seconds. Error (E3) on APP.
Water level sensor or water pump
failure.
The lights blink 4 times every 5
seconds. Error (E4) on APP.
The water overheats.
The lights blink 6 times every 5
seconds. Error (E6) on APP.
The water is not heating up.
The washing function does not work
or fails to spray.
Never open the appliance to perform repairs yourself.
Contact Laufen customer services.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Water pressure is low
The nozzle tip is calcified.
Not enough water is entering the
tank.
The flexible hose is pinched or bent .
The filter in the shut-off valve is
clogged or there is a general supply
failure.

SOLUTION
Adjust water pressure using the knob (see
4.1.1).
Descale the tip of the nozzle and reset the
product (see 4.7 or 4.8). *
Verify there is water supply from the mains
and reset the product (see 4.7).
Straighten the hose or replace it in case it is
damaged.
Verify there is water supply from the mains
and clean the water filter (see 6.3) and reset
the product (see 4.7 or 4.8). *

Adjust water pressure using the knob (see
4.1.1).
Descale the tip of the nozzle and reset the
product (see 4.7 or 4.8).
Execute descaling (see 6.4). If the issue
persists shut down the water supply and
contact Laufen Customer Services.
