Make sure that the distance between the floating switch head and
the cable holder is not too smaller than 10 cm. If the distance is
too small, there is no guarantee that the equipment will work cor-
rectly.
•
When adjusting the floating switch, make sure that the floating
switch does not touch the bottom before the equipment is swit-
ched off. Important! Risk of dry running.
Manual operation:
For manual operation place the lock for the fl oat switch (5) on the
straight pipe piece (6) Fig. 5).
Mount the fl oating switch as illustrated in Fig. 5. The equipment will
then run continuously. To prevent dry running, this operating mode is
allowed only under supervision. The equipment must be switched off
(pull out the power plug) as soon as no more water is emitted from
the discharge line.
7. Replacing the power cable
Danger!
If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its after-sales service or similarly trained per-
sonnel to avoid danger.
8. Cleaning, maintenance and ordering of spare parts
Danger!

Unplug the power plug prior to any maintenance work.
•
For mobile applications, the equipment should be cleaned with
clear water after every usage.
•
For stationary installation, it is recommended that you check the
floating switch for proper operation every three months.
•
Use a water jet to remove any lint or fibrous particles that may
