Pay attention to:
After use, please thoroughly clean and dredge the spring and the tool, and apply the
lubricating oil after drying. Note: be sure to fill the pin gap of the spring joint with pins.
Special operating instructions:
Reverse operation:
The machine switch knob is placed in the CCW gear machine reverse, reversing the
machine may cause damage to the spring, which is only used to exit the tool and
spring from the block. Do not put the switch knob in the CCW gear to reverse the
machine.
Quick removal
Slightly bending of the spring 6 " ~8 " behind the tool can quickly remove oil in
the pipe.
Maintenance guideline:
Before maintaining the machine, confirm that the machine power cord plug is
removed from the socket. Always wear safety glasses and special gloves for
the dredging machine for maintenance work.
lubricating:
If the machine is used every day, it should be lubricated every week. If the frequency
is low, lubricated once a month. If the machine is not used for a long time, it must be
lubricating with oil before use. Lubrication method: lubricate the pressure bearing with
the lubricating oil on the spring and the gap of the pin. At least annual butter
lubrication to the pressure bearing and the friction part (need a professional
maintenance master disassembly maintenance).(Note: it is strictly prohibited to apply
lubricating oil to the inside of the clutch tile, otherwise the spring skid can not work
normally.）
Spring maintenance:
After cleaning the pipe, it should be washed with clean water. After the spring is dry,
lubrication and maintain the spring and joint with RIDGID spring rust agent.
The body clean
The machine can be cleaned with hot soapy water, but do not let the water into the
motor or other electrical components, to ensure that the machine is completely dry,
and then plug in for use.
