- Seite 8 InBetrIeBnahme Inbetriebnahme und Strahlen Transportieren und Heben der Kugelstrahlmaschine 2.2.1 Hubstab Hinterradschwinge Transportieren und Heben der Kugelstrahlmaschine Die Inbetriebnahme darf nur unter Berücksichtigung der in dieser Anleitung beschriebenen Sicherheitsregeln und Vorkehrungen erfolgen! Transportieren Sie die Kugelstrahlmaschine und die Absauganlage auf die abzustrahlende Fläche. Der Transport wird durch Hochstel- len der Maschine erheblich erleichtert.

- Seite 11 eInstellUng UnD wartUng f Die Kugelstrahlmaschine setzt sich dann langsam, mit Zeitverzögerung in Bewegung. f Öffnen Sie langsam das Strahlmittelventil mittels des Dosierhebels ( siehe Bild 2.3.1 Schaltkasten Schilder Nr. 8). f Setzen Sie den Strahlvorgang nicht bei stehender Maschine in Gang, da Sie dann tiefe Löcher in den Boden strahlen.

Wird im linken Bereich der Strahlspur mehr abgenommen als im rechten, muß der Einlaufflansch und damit die Einlaufbuchse entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn verdreht werden und umgekehrt. f Fixieren Sie die Einlaufbuchse wieder durch Festklemmen des Einlaufflanschs.
