Problem
My ring lock seems to be
loose or has (partly) come off
the bike frame.
There is no speed indication
visible on the screen of your
display.
Shifting is not working
with the Enviolo Automatiq
Controller (only available for
the Cargo Line Plus).

Cause
Lock rubbers give the lock a certain flexibility to
prevent a spoke from breaking in case you take a bike
off its kickstand while being locked. When the lock
rubbers are torn and/or cracked the ring lock might
seem loose or the ring lock (partly) comes off the bike
frame.
There is a problem with the speed sensor.
The battery is empty.
Solution
Contact your Urban Arrow dealer to replace the
damaged lock rubber(s) by a new one.
Check your speed sensor (see paragraph 8.2.1).
I. Replace the battery.
II. Contact your Urban Arrow dealer.
