The national regulations must be observed if there is a
possibility of it being used in mobile homes� Its use in
mobile homes is prohibited in Germany�
2.3 Operating permit
The following circumstances cancel the operating per-
mit of the appliance:
Changes to the appliance, including accessory

parts�
Use of replacement and accessory parts other than

original Truma parts�
Non-compliance with the information in these oper-

ating instructions�
In some countries, these circumstances also lead to
cancellation of the operating permit for the vehicle�
3 Safety instructions
3.1 General safety
Read and closely follow the safety instructions to
prevent hazards and damage to people and property�
Carefully read and observe the operating instructions
of the appliance and the supporting documents
about the gas supply (gas containers, gas lines) and
the vehicle and keep them in a safe place for future
use�

Observe local laws, guidelines and standards relat-
ing to the use and operation of the appliance�
3.2 Obligations of the operator / vehicle
owner
Make sure that the appliance can be operated prop-
erly in all operating phases�
Have the gas system checked in accordance with
national regulations and the specified inspection
intervals�
3.3 Installation, dismantling, conversion
Only competent and trained persons (experts) may
install and repair the Truma product and carry out the
function test, at the same time observing the installa-
tion and operating instructions and the currently recog-
nised technical regulations� Experts are persons who,
based on their specialist instruction and training, their
knowledge and experience with Truma products and
the relevant standards, are able to carry out the neces-
sary work properly and identify potential hazards�
