PANEL
FUNCTIONS
• PROGRAM TRAINING: Manual mode, P1-P12 preset program functions.
• PANEL: Speed, time, Distance, Calories
• SPEED: 1-10 km/h.
KEY FUNCTIONS
• PROGRAM KEY: When the treadmill has stopped, use this key to select one of the
preset programs, (manual, P1-P12).
• MODE: When the treadmill has stopped, select the countdown mode (time, distan-
ce, calories).
• START: Starts de machine
• STOPS: Slows the treadmill to a stop and ends your workout.
• SPEED ADJUSTMENT KEYS: Increases/decreases speed while running.
• SAFETY KEY: By removing the safety key, the window will display ´´-``and the tre-
admill will beep. The display window will return to its default state oncw the safety
key is replaced.
MP3: Your RunFit Step treadmill has 2 speakers which can be conected with any
electronic dispositve through the audio channel which is placed on the panel.
