Problem Possible causes
The weight The cat has entered

box or something is
exerting pressure on
the litter box (cat is
sitting or lying on it).
After adding the cat
litter, a cleaning cycle
has not been carried
out.
If the cover of the
waste tank is removed
or pressure is applied
to the cover while the
litter box is completing
a cycle, the static
weight recorded may
be less than the actual
weight.
If the litter box
is moved while a
cleaning cycle is being
completed, the static
weight recorded may
be less than the actual
weight.
Solution
Take the cat out of the
litter box.
Remove the object on
top of the litter box or
make sure nothing is
exerting pressure on it.
1. Press the Cleaning
function button to
perform a cleaning cycle
and update the weight
data.
2. Restart the appliance
by switching it off and
on again.
