4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that it is switched off and disconnected from the

mains.
Disassemble the parts to be cleaned as shown in figure 10.

Remove the activated carbon filter. Fig. 11

Note: the litter box includes two active carbon filters. It is recommended to replace it once
a month.
Remove the rubbish bag. Empty the waste tank and clean the step. Fig. 12

Wash the waste tank, its cover and step with water and a mild cleaning agent. Fig. 13

After discarding the dirty litter, rinse the inside of the litter compartment with water.

Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the base. Do not wet it.

Once all parts are clean, use a cloth to dry them or allow them to air dry before reinstalling

them and putting the litter box into operation.
Please note:

The use of aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive cleaners that may damage the electrical
and mechanical components should be avoided.

The litter box must not be exposed to water or excessive moisture during maintenance, as
this may cause electrical faults or short circuits.

The base must not get wet, it is forbidden.

It is recommended that filters be checked or replaced once a month.

During maintenance, the general condition of the appliance, including cables, connectors
and moving parts, should be checked to ensure that there are no signs of wear or damage
that could compromise the safety of the litter box.
