Make sure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Check that the Wi-Fi network is working properly by connecting other wireless
devices.

Confirm that the appliance is in pairing mode. If you are not sure, press and hold the
Cleaning function button for 3 seconds to activate it again.
5.1.2. Select the Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
If the connection fails, check the following:
a.
Make sure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
b.
Check that the Wi-Fi network is working properly by connecting other wireless
devices.
c.
Check that the Wi-Fi name and password are correct.
d.
If the litter box is in an area where the Wi-Fi signal is weak, move it closer to the
router or move it to a place with a better network signal to be able to connect it to the
app. Once connected, it can be repositioned to the desired location.
e.
Check if there are too many appliances connected to the router. If so, try restarting it.
5.2 Method 2: manually
5.2.1. Open the Cecotec app and press on "Add device". Select the category "Pet Care" and look
for the device "Pumba 7000 CleanKitty Compact Connected".
5.2.2. Select the Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
5.2.3. After connecting to the Wi-Fi, connect your mobile phone to the device's access point:
"Cecotec-XXXX". Once the access point is selected, wait a moment for the appliance to connect.
Note:
If the appliance is not found or the connection fails, refer to the above solutions to identify

the cause.
If the IP address or password of the router is changed, the appliance will not be able to

connect to the network. To reconnect, repeat the previous steps.

Cleaning
Press the Cleaning function button (Fig. 4) to start a cleaning cycle.

During the cleaning cycle, press this button again to pause the process.

Press again to resume.

Press the button twice to cancel the cleaning.
