3. OPERATION
APP connection
This appliance can be controlled via the Cecotec app.
To install it on your mobile phone, use one of the following methods.

Method 1:
Scan the QR code to download the Cecotec app.
Method 2:
Look for the Cecotec app in the Apple Store or Google Store and download it.
Keep the mobile phone connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enable Bluetooth and

location permissions.
Note:
a. This appliance is only compatible with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It does not support 5 GHz
Wi-Fi networks.
b. When connecting, the app requires permissions to use Bluetooth and to access your
location.
The appliance automatically enters pairing mode when switched on.

If the timeout for completing the connection expires, the appliance will exit pairing mode.

To perform the pairing manually, press and hold the Cleaning function button (Fig. 4) for at
least 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly white and the appliance beeps. The
pairing process will take approximately 5 minutes.
There are two ways to add devices in the app.

5.1 Method 1: automatically
5.1.1. Open the Cecotec app and press on "Add device". Wait while it searches for available
devices. When you find the desired appliance, press on "Add".
If the app cannot find the appliance, check the following:
a. Make sure Bluetooth and location are turned on.
