• The footplates should be in ver�cal posi�on when ge�ng in or out of
the chair. Do not use the footplates as a support while ge�ng in or out
of the chair due to the risk of falling over.
• Footrests have height adjustment. Un�ght the moun�ng screw on back
of the footrests (picture 3) to adjust height. Tighten it a�er.
GETTING ONTO THE CHAIR
• It is essen�al to lock the brakes while ge�ng in or out of the chair,
changing the user's posi�on or ge�ng off.
• While changing place, the chair should be located as close as possible
to the place of transfer. The chair should touch the bed or other seat
being used. If the user cannot change his/her seat independently,
transfer the user to the chair.
• The user should sit as deep as possible in the middle of the seat in order
to avoid chair instability.
