2. Applica�on
Shower and commode wheelchairs are designed for people who have
problems with unassisted movement and for pa�ents with dysfunc�ons and
reduced mobility. The wheelchair is suitable for indoor use only. The
wheelchair func�ons as a shower and commode chair owing to the sanitary
container located under the seat and moisture-resistant aluminium frame.
It facilitates everyday hygiene ac�vi�es. The wheelchair is especially
recommended to people who have problems with mobility which are caused
by: paralysis, obesity or abnormal underweight, degenera�ons or deformity
of limbs, degenera�ons or joints injuries, limbs injuries or amputa�ons, heart
and blood vessel disorders and circulatory disorders.
3. Assembly
9. To prevent wheelchair frame from moving during assembly, lock the
brakes by pressing red brake levers down (picture 1).
10. Mount rear wheels by inser�ng them into holes on the back of the
frame.
11. Slide the parking brake onto the tube at the front of the frame, then
�ghten with a hex key. A correctly assembled brake should be posi�oned
4 cm from the end of the tube (picture 2). Repeat it on the other side.
Check the correct func�oning by pulling the parking brake lever.
12. Unscrew moun�ng knobs from the back frame and put backrest tubes
into wheelchair frame. Tighten it with knobs and lower the armrests.
13. Fix the seat on the frame of the chair by pressing it un�l it locks into
place (the front of the seat is indicated by the wedge).
