Preventa ve Maintenance Check:
Applies to the following Art.no: (310503-B)
To ensure that the aid func ons safely for the user, we recommend that the following
inspec ons be carried out.
1. Check that the frame is without breaks and the chair is intact.
2. Check that the back frame is correctly mounted with 2 screws on each side.
3. Check that the wheels on the chair can roll freely.
4. Check that the brakes on the wheels work.
5. Check that the clips for height adjustment of the chair's wheels are not defec ve.
6. Check that the seat is intact and there are no breaks in the PU foam.
7. Check that the armrests are correctly mounted, func on, and there are no breaks in the PU foam.
8. Check that the back in netweave is correctly mounted and intact.
9. Check that the lt func on works on the chair.
10. Check that the cable for the lt func on is not defec ve or incorrectly adjusted.
11. Check that the driving handles can be adjusted in height and are correctly mounted with clips.
12. Check that the armrests can be adjusted in height and can be ghtened.
