5.2.1 Loading by hand
An empty DT-Mobil
Easy generator tank can
be loaded by hand using
the recessed grip on the
side of the tank. Note
the weight of the empty
system:
17 - 81 kg
5.2.2 Loading with a forklift truck

Important:
For safe
lifting with a
forklift, use the
moulded re-
cesses on the
underside.
5.2.3 Loading with crane (only 980 l)
Danger!
Serious personal injury possible if a DT-
Mobil Easy generator tank should fall.
Standing underneath the suspended
load while the crane is being operated is
prohibited.
Check that the 4 clamps are screwed
firmly and correctly in place before each
time the crane is operated.

Important:
The cover must be closed and completely
sealed with both closures
Fold up the 4 crane eyes
container.
Attach 4 suitable load-handling attachments of
equal length to the crane hangers.
The DT-Mobil Easy can be loaded/unloaded onto/
from the transport vehicle.

5.2.4 Transporting
5.2.4.1 DT-Mobil Easy 980
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road traffic (licensing) regulations of the country
concerned
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing
Use the belt recesses for fastening by means of
suitable tension belts on the four crane eyes

Important:
Form-fit before force!
Most importantly, try to load the filling
station so it rests against one or more
sides (e.g. by slinging to the side of the
vehicle).
Excessive lashing forces may deform the tank and
thus damage it.
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
