1. Rotate the seat tube towards the front of the car, and adjust the relative parallelism and verticality
of the seat tube, front fork and frame.

2. Use the No. 4 Allen wrench in the 16-in-1 tool to tighten the screws at "a" and "b" in the figure.
Note: The two screws should be tightened gradually, do not tighten one first, and then tighten the
other.

screws and take off the front cover of
